Again, Cupcake Wednesday was ever-so-slightly delayed this week. I made Hazelnut Cupcakes with Mocha Hazelnut Mousse Filling and Rich Chocolate Ganache Topping. They're a little too chocolaty for my personal taste, but word on the streets is that others are loving 'em.
